All riders MUST have medical/extreme sports travel insurance.
All riders MUST bring their own riding kit; boots, helmet, hydration pack, goggles, gloves, protective clothing, rain jacket.

TO BOOK:

1. Fill out the BOOK NOW FORM below to reserve your tour dates
2. We confirm tour availability and email you payment details
3. Reservation fee is 30% of total tour cost
4. Remaining 70% will be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to your tour date as per T&Cs (unless other arrangements have been discussed with BEAR)
5. Do not forget to book your flight. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK YOUR FLIGHTS UNTIL YOU HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE GO AHEAD BY THE ADMIN TEAM!

Contact us if you have any questions or queries before you go ahead and book. Before filling in the form please keep in mind that a 3 day riding tour will mean a 5 day trip. You will need to arrive the day before your 1st riding day and leave the day after your last riding day.
