BEAR Enduro & Adventures Romania is a passion driven company. We want to share with you our extensive knowledge and the incredible adventures we have experienced in Romania. After doing countless hours of enduro riding in Romania, eating all the food and tasting all the drinks ourselves we have eagerly put together a riding package in a part of Romania that is unpopulated by the large Enduro community. The BEAR base is situated in a small village, Rusii-Munti that surrounds itself by hundreds of kilometers of untouched trails and rivers. The famous Carpathian mountains that tower over this area make for a challenging and rewarding ride. They are also home to the largest brown bear population in Europe. Be prepared to see a bear foot print or two and the real deal itself if you are lucky!

NO DRIVING LICENCE REQUIRED TO RIDE WITH US!

BEAR is the only company to ride in this region of the Carpathian Mountains, so even if you’ve ridden in Romania before this will definitely be a different experience. We ride fully off road therefore you will not require a licence to join us. In Rusii-Munti we have full rein of the mountains, making our tours varied and constantly changing. We can guarantee a different Enduro experience every day and every time you come and ride with us. We are always open to suggestions and taking the road less ridden. We love getting lost in the wild!

I am your Scottish ginger bearded main guide for the BEAR enduro tours. I have been riding motorcycles since the age of 13 and have worked the last 2 years as a guide for the Famous Red Bull Romaniacs event. My background as a sergeant in the British Army comes in handy when navigating through the thick Romanian forests and vast landscapes. I have been visiting Romania since 2013 and cannot wait to share this incredible experience with like-minded people from all over the world. Let's ride!

I am a motorcycle engineer, racer and traveler, I love the challenges and adventures that bring motorcyclists together. In 2017 I rode Romaniacs and over the last four years thousands of miles of North African and Balkan rallies, as well as tens of thousands more exploring the world on two wheels! After 15 years working in an engineering research lab and building drag bikes, dirt bikes and hotrods I can also wrangle a spanner! From all the places I've ridden the Romanian wilds are a unique riding opportunity so let's get out there!
