BEAR is a UK based company operating from a small village in Eastern Romania. The village Rusii-Munti lies alongside the Mures River with the famous Carpathian Mountains only a twist of the throttle away. The Mures river dissects our riding area in half, to the North lies the Calimani Mountains and Scaunul Domnului and to the south lies Sovata which is famous for its natural healing salt lakes. These two areas combined offer many kilometres of unridden before trails, breathtaking views, thick green forests and expansive open plains that plateau the mountain tops. At the BEAR base and in the surrounding area you are unlikely to hear or see another rider! Our routes cover everything you have dreamt of and so much more. .
